Conflict Minerals

XALT Energy, LLC., and their affiliates, certify that, to the best of its knowledge, none of our suppliers products are sourced, manufactured or processed with “Conflict Minerals” from the Democratic Republic of the Congo that contain gold, columbite-tantalite (coltan), cassiterite, wolframite, or their derivatives, tantalum, tin, tungsten, or gold, also known as (“Conflict Minerals”).

XALT Energy, LLC., confirms that the products supplied to XALT Energy, LLC., do not contain any Conflict Minerals sourced from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (“DRC”) or a country that shares an internationally recognized border with the DRC, which presently includes Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, The Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia (each, an “adjoining Country”).

XALT Energy, LLC., requires that suppliers disclose the geographical location of the mine for their supply of metals such as Cobalt, Nickel, Manganese and Lithium. Supplier Code of Conduct and Conflict Minerals disclosure statements are required for all XALT Energy suppliers to acknowledge and sign as part of our supplier vetting process.
